Almost right, it's the number of times bodyweight you need to lift in those lifts. 1x bodyweight OHP, 2x bodyweight bench, 3x bodyweight squat, 4x bodyweight deadlift.

As a beginner you count 1, 2, 3, 4 before you begin the lift. As you progress you drop to 3, 2 and finally 1. Your muscles are expecting you to lift on 4, so they are shocked. This is the secret.
it's how many weightlifting belts you wear after each set. If you can wear four belts after four sets you have made it.
It just gets harder to move your arms and put the belts on, and it is even harder after you just did a heavy set and you already have three belts on. It's just really impressive and alpha to that fourth belt on.
