I think great part of it was stopping going for like 2 weeks and i didn't lost any muscle mass, so I kinda realized that going one day a week was just fine if i wanted to mantain and not progress
I wasn't progressing anyway, stalled hard in fucking everything
I also joined a boxing gym which killed my motivation even further, i prefer going there or doing some cardio rather than lifting at this point, i don't seem to gain or lose mass if i go just one day a week

Been training for about a year and a half now and after many attempts I started my most serious bulk 8 weeks ago.
Went from 148 to 160 but the food is getting to me.
I'm eating ground beef/chicken and sweet potato 3 meals a day, along with oats, eggs, almonds, greek yogurt, cottage cheese and a bunch of other healthy shit. I can finish most of my meals but It's getting harder every day and I really think I could use a mass gainer at this point to reach my 4k cals a day.
I got a trainer for this bulk and he's very strict but I'm not planning on competing, I'm not taking roids, and I dont see why I cant use a mass gainer to make sure I dont throw away the gains I'd get from eating all that healthy shit all day.
Any advice?
