I heard there are collar bone stretches you can do. You just have to lean your should back and hit it against a door frame. I think it's 5x3 and you can super set it by thrashing your head back and fourth and side to side.

I've been doing babby Lifts 5x5 for the last 2 months and I definitely notice an increase in muscle mass by doing mainly (only?) OHP for my front delts.

What do you mean by thicker? You can grow your lateral extreme dimensions by strengthening the external rotator muscles so that your shoulders sit at a normal angle to your side. Most people have inward rotated shoulders that further narrow the appearance of the upper block. Do face pulls, a fuck load of facepulls and band pull-aparts every session to fix this.
Then you can target the medial deltoid to achieve larger and more rounded shoudlers.

warm up beforehand to improve mobility

slowly increase the weight and go for 5 sets with each set getting heavier but no fewer than 7 reps per set (45lb,75,105,125,145,)
>seated shoulder press 3 sets
>upright row 2-3 sets
>side lateral raises 7 (seven) sets
>rear delt flies 6 (six sets)
stretch
repeat for until /SWOLE/

I swear by Upright rows, Cable crossovers, and OHP. My shoulders look mean and that's what I do. I've always had very broad wide manly shoulders though, good genetics.
