If I work out 5-6 days a week with just dumbbells and calisthenics while not eating sugar will I get /fit/? This isn't bait I'm just retarded and cant afford gyms. I do curls,split squats,squats,rows,pushups,extensions, etc

I was like you a while back. Just do a shit load of cardio, keep up with the calisthetics and drop the dumbbells for a while until you can go to a proper gym and begin a proper program. You want abs and a muscular body? Cardio, calisthetics and a low cal diet. That is until you have access to barbells which will help a ton with muscle building and fat loss. Read sticky.

really? because I plan on working out a lot and I was told cardio kills gainz. I also heard lifting weights was the only way to cure skinny fat so that's a bit strange

Well considering your access to serious gainz builders (Barbells) is limited at the moment, I figure you should set your sights on losing some of your fat first until you have access to barbells which are the superior choice for weight loss and muscle building. Dumbbells arent really great if youre only doing curls. Sure youll get big biceps but what about the rest of your body? Isolations such as curls, are best saved when you are doing other fullbody workouts. Cardio, while not great for gains, is great for cutting fat. I hate cardio personally, but I consider it a great tool when it comes to workouts. Calisthetics are great for getting fit, so carry on with that

Just clean up your diet and so cardio 4 days a week. Buy a food scale and track everything you eat like an autismo. Your fat so get fucking to it
