Hi I posted my pic in a pic thread last night and everyone said I had to lose weight but my problem is my depression. I eat because I am bored and it's mindless. When I'm anxious, I don't eat. I'm really sad because I could potentially be attractive if I lost weight but I feel compelled to eat. Do appetite suppressants work? I lurk fit, I know what I need to do (eat less, move more [SS]) but I'm depressed

I'm not too overweight, (167 lbs, 5'8'') but I'm doing this because I have a fuckton of acne/bacteria that feed off of the sebum being produced on my face by what I eat. I'm trying to restart my metabolism, lose cravings, and lose weight too.
