Alright,i'm finally tired of being a weak fatass loser that just looks threatening but has barely any arm strength and can barely run for a few minutes without fainting.
I really wanna work out,lose some weight and be a fit person in general,but the thing is:
I live in one of those brazilian shitplaces on top of mountains where you could get shot by simply stepping outside. I can't run without being robbed. There's no way for me to go to the nearest fitness academy without a bus ride and that's already expensive as shit.
The only way that i could find to work out is by running in the same place like i have autism or having a strong diet,but diets only help with half of my problem.
So,is there any way to get stronger without going outside or even buying a lot of expensive equipment?
Please,i need help.
All i want is to be happy with my current self without wasting a shitload of money.

Stupid question, but are the chest muscles usually a secondary muscle?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, because it seems that during the bench press or dumbbell flyes, I can still flex and relax my chest during any point of the movement. Sure, there's definitely tension, but it's totally not comparable to the way I can flex my biceps, for example. When doing a curl, my bicep is under 100% tension and there's no way to change that in the movement. Somehow the same does not seem to apply to any chest exercises, at least not to the same degree.

When looking for explanations of the dumbbell flyes, I do read a lot of 'squeeze when at the top'. Is that what this is about? Because apparently I can do the entire movement without ever having to purposefully use my chest.

I've eaten 1680 cals today (180g prot) and I had a 2 hour push workout, if I drink say 60cl vodka what will the effects be on my body?

Been on a cut for 2 weeks now and i have already lost 6 lbs and 2" off my waist (2 lbs of which i lost in the past 2 days)

Should i be worried if i am losing all of my muscle on this cut?

I've been on a cut for a while now, started 193 down to 178. So far I've kept most of my muscle mass by eating a lot of protein, at least one gram per lb of bodyweight. You're gonna start thinking you're small no matter what, don't quit though
