Anyone got any tips for keeping up muscle stamina during a workout? I always have the desire to keep lifting but my muscles start to get all tired and noodle-y and it's like I can barely lift anymore.

Trying to gain weight but nothing seems to be working. Here is my diet so if anyone could give me some input thanks.
Me - 5'7, 160lbs, somewhat of a weird athlete frame not sure how to describe it
diet -
breakfast - bowl of captin crunch, 2 glasses of milk, some peanut butter, sardines
lunch - a salad with tuna and ranch dressing
dinner - stuffed baked potatos, chicken, chow mein
snack - ramen noodles, lunch meat, ice cream

Slipped from semi-regular fitness 2-3 times and week and it's slowed to a stop. Nothing's terribly wrong in my life, though the bad motivation in there.
Today, I was planning to run after work. Just a 20 minutes run around the neighborhood. Instead, I'm sitting at a chicken wings place 4 hours later because I just laid down and slept.
Ways to reintegrate back into healthy life?
Don't ask for advice, just fucking to it. You claim you used to exercise 2-3 times a week.
Do that, but don't stop this time. There's no magic to it. You have to want to do it. If you didn't like what you were doing, try different exercises. If you don't want to exercise heavily, walk 10k steps a day. Just do something, don't post here and pat yourself on the back for trying.
Start something today.

It's fine, desu, but you should look for something that builds work capacity and allows you to increase your strength with more consistency, which you won't do if you are as strong as you claim.

I bike to work and my job requires me to be on my feet all day for 12 hour shifts and I definitely feel that extra wear and tear on my legs when I'm at the gym. With all this shit I'm worried I don't have adequate rest time (I still manage ~7 hours of sleep a night... should I aim for more?)
