I am 24/f looking to start taking martial arts classes on a regular basis. I have been working out regularly 4/5 times a week for the past 8 months, and want to further work on my strength as well as defense. What forms of martial arts would you recommend? Which do you practice? I am interested in Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Hapkido, Kung Fu, and Jiu Jitsu

All nsaids up your CVD risks and the most likely problem will be a stomach ulcer. OTC meds are supposed to be taken only for mild to medium acute pain, not for long and not for too serious pain. Increased pain duration and severe pain are BOTH reasons to seek out a doc's advice.

When did you guys realise that deadlifts are not necessary for aesthetics?

In fact I'd say they're so physically taxing that you're better of using your energy for other exercises.
