Can be used in any recipe that calls for eggs. Can fry them up, omlettes, anything. Just healthier overall with the reduced cholestoral by subracting the yolks. Add 1 regular egg if you need that kick from a yolk.

I swear to god, I got tests done by a real ass god damn doctor and it turns out I am "sensitive" to:

-red meat. again, what the fuck, this is a great gaining food.

And how bad are these "sensitivities"? What do they do to you? Will you die if you eat them? I never eat peanuts and rarely eat red meat anyway. You can be chicken/broccoli/sweet potato bodybuilder until you die - it'll be boring but that's what the pros do for prep.

So after trying to buy new paints and finding I wear a fucking size 48 I'm trying to lose weight. I got a free treadmill off some elderly lady on craigslist and have been walking two times a day for 30 minutes each, once in the morning, and once around 9 p.m.
I've also completely replaced soda with water, and will also potentially have carbonated flavored waters once I do more research on it.
My main question/concern is loose skin. I'm a big dude, always have been since I was a kid. I weigh currently 340 lbs. and am concerned I'll have a lot of loose skin. What can I do while losing weight to try to prevent my skin becoming loose?

The only answer is to lift and workout. You can just remove all that mass and have nothing to replace it and expect everything to be hunky dory. If you want to minimize lose skin while losing fat then you must gain muscle.
