27.5
>>41952659

>>41952680
Squat 405 and diddly 495. I'm 6'1 240 though so take obviously a little fat added on there
>>41952756
>little fat, 240
nigga ur full blown fatty
>>41952784
I guess by fit standards yes
Where should you measure your quads at? Flexed or unflexed?
>>41952803
>obese BMI
Bruh you're fat by any standard kek
>>41952815
Still using the bmi system in 2017
>>41952784
I bet you look worse than him either way.
Shit talkers always look worse.
>>41952830
>2017
>muh powerlifting body defies BMI
Less than 12% of men have an above normal BMI with less than 25% body fat im willing to bet you don't fall into this group especially since you're in the obese category
>>41952861
Less than 12% of men lift tho.
So your point is retarded.
>>41952861
Literally one point above obese in a system that doesn't take muscularity into account at all. Not saying I look fantastic, but not even close to obese
>>41952815
>>41952861
is on /fit/
>lol, use BMI
confirmed shitty troll
>>41952361
Legs at 25 inch
>>41952875
>>41952900
>>41952906

>>41952361
20 inch
But they look pretty big since I´m 5`2...
>>41952926
I bet you look awful.
>>41953140
I look pretty decent actually
but here to demonstrate my point look at pic related and notice how of the 12% that are in the "healthy obese" category the VAST majority are under a BMI of 30, it's pretty likely that the healthy overweight guys of over 30 BMI are less than 2.5% of men, and that's pretty much accounted for with professional athletes, bodybuilders, and steroid users, and people who have been lifting for years approaching the natty limit
My point is that guy is FAR more likely to fall into the area outlined in green, although obviously more likely into the area that's between 25-30% body fat. I'm not trying to be a hater or an asshole all I'm saying is that he is at an unhealthy weight and should deal with it instead of living in denial. In an age where most Americans are overweight and approaching obesity it's easy to think you look "normal" when in fact you are at an unhealthy weight. Feel free to spout "hurrr durrr BMI doesn't account for muscles so the calculated value is worthless" which while true it's an exception that most people don't fall into
>>41953217
forgot pic
>>41952815
>using BMI for people who lift
You can't be this retarded. Is Phil Heath obese?
>>41952932
when will you learn
>>41953217
>I look pretty decent actually
Prove it.
>>41953237
A 405 squat and 495 deadlift aren't particularly good. I squat 455 and deadlift 585 at 193 and 5' 11", and I'm rolling on 23-24s. I'm sure he has some leg development, but he's also significantly fatter than he needs to be. He's not a "lean" 240 at 6' 1".
>tfw 25.5 bmi but 16% bf
wewlad
>>41953314
No shit I'm not a lean 240, I'm not on juice or in the generic 1%. All I said was my leg size and that I had fat.
>>41953237
most people who lift aren't bodybuilders m8, so yeah if you lift and you're a few points above 25 then its fine but as you approach and exceed 30 you are FAT and coping by saying bear mode, thicc, muh strength, BMI doesn't count if you lift etc is still coping
22 inches, but they look alright because im a manlet
y-you jelly lankyfags?
>>41953314
5'11" isnt particularly good. He can always improve his lifts but you're a manlet now, and will be even more of a manlet in the future when the offspring of real men continue to get taller.
>>41953314
>"why is this guy being such a tool and attacking everyone?"
>5'11"
Ohhhhhhhhh that makes way more sense... you're a manlet! HAHAHAHAHA
>>41953313
*spoiler*
He doesn't look good
Where should i measure? Slightly up mid of my quads where it's the biggest?
>>41953877
24" and mine look thin
yes i mad
>5'9"/130lbs
>500 squats a day (for a month now)
>19in only
am I doing right?
how much can i expect if I continue for more months?
23 inchs, 188lbs bw at 6'3 did leg press @ 500 lbs for 6 months 4x20 now i dont train legs
25" 5'8 158lb
365 squat 460 diddly
26.5" but I'm 6'7" so they barely look like I lift, feels bad man.
>>41954523
I'm >>41954788, I squatted for 2 years, then tore an adductor muscle playing soccer. Can't do squats and I have been trying to build them with leg press, but way less reps.
Would you recommend something like 4x20 for leg gains?
>>41952361
6'5

33 inch legs
Can leg press LmAO12PL8 for sets of 5
>leglets LUL
>>41952361

JOOCY
5'11
190 lbs
335x5 squat and have got 365x1 before. Could've done more but that was my first time attempting to max my squat so i dipped early.
405x1 diddly.
>>41952361
I'm 5' 7" with 26" legs and yet they still look like chicken legs compared to my upper body.
>th-thanks tren... and test and hgh and insulin and dianabol and turinabol and cell tech
>>41954804
leg press will be fine for quad development especially that volume at decent weight but you will not get the same stress on other stabiliser muscles involved in squats, easier on the knees tho
>>41955001
forgot to add, but 26.5 inches
>3x7 170 @133bw
Does anyone have some millimeter tape I could borrow
Old pic, gained a bit since then and lost some fat.
