Guys how will i make it if my mom chooses my diet?
I get to have cereal, pop tarts, chicken tendies, and pizza bites.
The only one of those items i can eat as much as i want is cereal (with almond milk cause cow milk "isnt meant for humans").
The rest of them i get a certain replenishment every 3 or 4 days, and on saturdays i can order 1 small pizza.
My protein at this point has to be 50-120grams a day, max, and i weight 180 lbs at 6'6".
Not sure what to do boys, i wont ever make it.

What workout regimen would you plan if you could only exercise in a common bedroom with a bed, a table and a chair and no pullup bar?

Obviously bodyweights.
Push ups / crunches / planks / squats are enough to train a diverse amount of muscle.

Day 1 : go to failure on each exercise.
Day 2 to Day 7 : each day repeat 60% of the reps you made to failure.

Back to day 1, measure progress by logging all the data in an excel or an app.

I will admit, I am extremely fortunate to very rarely have any of these types of women in my current gym. Even though the ones that are actually there to workout still wear the most revealing shit they can get away with. That being said, they earned it and I don't mind looking to show appreciation.

I'm only up to a one plate bench and am a skinny fat bastard. I want to cut and not be disgusted with myself but also want to get up to a 2 plate bench.

A mini cut seems like a waste of time.

So I continue to eat at a 300 surplus and hope my tits go away or say fuck it and cut.

Was in the same dilemma as you. Was at (lbs 5x5) 105/135/205/275 @ 193 lbs 5'7" at the time.

Decided to cut to skelly, currently on my way there and way more happy with my body. Lifts went to 120/165/245/315 @ 152 lbs bw but this was over the course of 6 months, still probably have 10 more lbs to go.
