Is it even possible to follow powerlifting, weightlifting, and bodybuilding at the same time? Or would it be better to focus on one thing at a time? Any way I can kill two birds with one stone?

Sure, but you should focus mostly on oly lifting because it requires the most amount of mobility, technique and athleticism and that is hard to train. If you clean big numbers, you squat and deadlift big number. Just add the bench press and arm, shoulder and back isolations to your routine.

Going to the gym is not an option so I'm looking for the best possible home split that will hit every muscle twice a week and involves nothing but the floor and a set of adjustable dumbbells. I also use a weighted backpack for squats and pushups.
My main concern is distributing the exercises in such a way that my triceps and shoulder fatigue don't get in the way of my chest training, which revolves around slow, heavy, targeted pushups. I used to complement that with chest dips but taking a break due to back pain.
Ideas?

yeah dude, that's very common, you\re cranking hard on the shoulder joint to get that narrow grip, and that stress moves through into the bicep and elbow. the tighter you are through the shoulder and the more upper body mass you have the harder it'll be to maintain a narrow grip. look at basically any big bencher squatting - hands are touching plates almost every time.
using a false grip, widening grip, moving to a higher bar position, and improving overall shoulder/thoracic mobility are all steps you can potentially take to improve this.
