What is your water drinking routine, /fit/? How do you best remember to get it all in through the day?

I get at least 3L a day but a downside ive noticed is that my gut looks pregnant constantly from storing all that water. Doesnt help that im skinnyfat too

Why should I drink more water?

I carry a one liter bottle with me all day and try to drink 1-2 liters before leaving my apartment in the morning.

While at work, I refill it every other time I pee.

While at home, I set a timer to make sure I'm drinking a bottle per hour.

My goal is at least 8 liters per day.
