What does /fit/ do when they have something putting them out of commission that doesn't directly affect their muscles? My muscular system is completely functional, except my head feels like it's going to pop open, it feels like I'm wasting away not working out when physically my muscles can do it.

What do you do when you get sick, /fit/?

Today I shall remind them.

It's been awhile since I've seen this posted so I'm bringing it back around. BEGINNERS don't forget your oats. It's been said since the beginning of time, this is not just a meme. Oats contain a great source of calories, them carbs and a good amount of protein! This shit has helped many people on here starting up and it WILL help you if you incorporate them into your diet. Get a mini blender, blend that shit up with some greek yogurt, fruits, some WHOLE milk and drink that in the morning for a quick wholesome nutritious breakfast. You don't even have to cook the fuckers.
Don't forget your squats and OATS!

4 month progress post knee surgery. I started at 190 before my injury--heaviest I've weighed but strongest I've ever been. I felt and looked great. Between the injury and the surgery (about 3 months) I lost 18 lbs and looked skinny-fat in the first pic.

Four months later, I'm at 183 and I'm feeling a lot better about myself and life. Got a long way to go but this will do for now! Just wanted to share my brogress with my fellow /fit/izens.

Finally /fit/. Got my first 'mire today.

I'm getting back into lifting. I got really bad DOMS after squatting for the first time in months last week but I'm at it again tomorrow morning. Do I have to jog or something beforehand? I stretched but got DOMS anyway. It's really annoying to have.

Would I be ok running a 16 week cycle with 500mg of Test E if im on beta blockers? My doctor recently prescribed me them to alleviate my POTS syndrome symptoms (blood pressure drops by a bit when standing up, heart rate shoots up to the 130's when standing as well). I haven't got on them yet because I wanted to make sure it'd be ok to take with test, AI, and PCT. I'm planning on starting the cycle sometime later this year. I'm also most likely going to get some sort of ADD med prescribed as well due to the brain fog and lack of concentration caused by POTS.
