I've been swole and it wasn't for me, I lost the weight but now I'm just at a reigular weight and I haven't been working out. How do I get the lean and mean body in the gym? I want the six pack, the v, the nice legs and arms. How do I go about doing that?

Regardless of how much water i drink throughout the day, i always wake up thirsty as hell. I'll usually drink a bottle of water and feel fine for the rest of the day, but it never fails that i wake up thirsty and with a slight headache. why is that?

Didn't know this but before boot camp I would always chug my water as fast as I could because I didn't like the taste of it but knew I had to drink it because of all these supplements. After I got there I was told to sip instead of chug, your body can only intake so much water at a time.
Also, water bottles always ended up making me more thirsty. I don't know why, but Aquafina especially always makes my mouth feel dry after drinking them.

Whats a good full body program for an intermediate lifter? I did PPL for a year and half but due to extreme time constraints I can only go 3 times a week max.
texas method is good if you can handle it. I found it very challenging, but the gains were great for a while.
My shoulders hurt like mofos when my pecs are stretched hard. Can't do dips and chest flyes without terrible pain. I also cant get into low bar position without discomfort. On the other hand I can do heavy bench press and ohp comfortably.
My elbows also seem to be a problem. They hurt me during fast, light reps of bench press (warming up) or during push ups. Surprisingly tho, I don't feel any pain doing one arm push ups or, again, heavy bench press.
How do I fix this? Is stretching + facepulls enough? I have access to rubber bands, I just don't know what to do with them.

Is this workout regimen enough to start cutting?
Just recent put on some muscle and wanna start cutting. Will doing this with 20 minutes of cardio and another 4th day of nothing but cardio and push-ups put me on track to getting cut.
If I need another day of weights to add what could I be doing, I've got a 25lb plate along with two 35lb dumbbells.

yea that routine seems fine but follow it and dont add anything else like pushups on offdays or anything to it, fullbody routines should at max only be done 3 times a week and not any more. cardio is good to do whenever. just make sure u are watching what you put in your mouth
