Whole milk, 3.25% at least

I usually get 3.8% goat milk, or 6% sheep milk when it's available

Human breast milk is the best, it's literally made for humans. Currently looking for a wet nurse who'll play ball and make me into buchenhagen.

ITT: we post pics of ourselves in clothes to see if it looks like we lift on the streets, and then shit on everyone else. Also, I dunno, maybe we guess each other's stats or some gay shit. I'll start.

If I'm unable to overhead squat the bar is it probably due to my poor shoulder mobility?
5 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
It's probably hip mobility and lower back flexibility. Get used to getting yourself into that position with something lighter than the bar like a broomstick.

Probably shoulder and ankle mobility tbqhfam

I can do a broomstick or something a bit heavier no problem. Bar seems a bit too heavy to do properly.

>people who have little cardio training seem to be able to go biking for 100km in one go like it's no big deal

what the fuck?
am I getting memed? I'm far from being to do 5x time what I did in the gym
How easy is it to bike for 100km? Is it like way harder than a marathon? than a semi-marathon?

Hey /fit
I've been taking C4 Ultimate for the better half of the year and the results have been pretty good.
But I was wondering if there's any better pre-workouts out there that you guys can recommend me.

So I get calculating TDEE and shit. I have a pretty sedentary job (x1.2) with walking now and then between buildings. My question is I have a calorie tracker phone or watch addon (currently have an Apple Watch), should I INCLUDE those daily calories it says I burned, or just go with whatever my TDEE calculation is and ONLY count workout calories burned?

>>
I do it like this on my app i get at least 700kcal burned a day from walking and whats over that i add as an minus to my daily calorie intake

should men be allowed to flaunt their glutes in the gym?

Weight cutting for competition. I got sent on course with work, free food and daily gym time for the past couple months and I've put on 15 lbs. But Ontario got it's shit together and I can compete in bjj again in October. I'll water cycle out the last 5 lbs. or so, but what kind of strength gains can I hope to still make in the next ~45 days while losing the other 10?

Also, who else here acutely cuts weight, what do you do it for, and what's your usual method?

Gabi's the only one worth talking about

How many of these so called "fake natties" are actually natty?

I mean from all of them, people who get called out for being fake natties like connor murphy, jeff seid (and all the other "aesthetics" bodybuilders), surely one of them might actually be natty?

I mean there are so many people around. They could just literally be a genetic freak and their natural limits could be way higher than what's stated by FFMI studies.

I mean imagine if you were that kid who was born with a myostatin deficiency, stayed natty, but got as big as a roiding bodybuilder, there would be no way to prove you were natty.

>>
100% of people who "claim" natty are unnatty. One of the purest tenants of nattyhood is not feeling the overwhelming need to point out that you're natty. The only time a natty person should ever even bring up roids is if someone point blank says "hey are you on steroids" and his only answer should be "no."
>>
>>42749036
Doesn't really make sense. If you're natty you still have a very low limit compared to roiders.

I'm dyel so this doesn't apply to me, but it's not farfetched to say that a natty might use his nattyness as a reason for not getting bigger.

And it gets weird for someone to stay in that range of just above natty limit, because people will accuse u of roids and other people will wonder why you aren't getting bigger on roids.
