Little sister was at the gym earlier with her friend and some psycho charged and speared her friend with a barbell.
She's still in shock from the incidence. Police say this was an unprovoked attack. I asked her about it and she said they didn't talk to this guy or even look at him and he came out of nowhere. She was relieved that two guys came and tackled this maniac down, she honestly thought they could've died that night if not for those guys coming to the rescue; those girls didn't even do nothing.

What's your opinion on smoking weed before training?
I always thought weed would make me lazy in the gym, but I just started smoking before workouts about 3 weeks ago, and it helps me get "in the zone" and I perform better. It's like I don't notice the muscle strain as much.
I squat every time I go to the gym and I used to leg press a lot.
My knees popped a little , but I stopped leg pressing and decreased the weight on my squat and corrected my form.
However I feel like my knees changed somehow, they don't really hurt , but when I press on my right knee it sorta hurts.
Also I noticed some weird white spots on my knees that looked like I scratched them .
I also run a lot on Sunday , can running affect your knees?
Since I don't feel pain I wanna ignore it, but my knees are really important so I need to know if you guys have knee experience

Well, you can make a lot of progress in just one week, but it doesnt really come from getting actually stronger or better cardio. Its mostly just your CNS adapting to the motions and becoming more efficient at them. Same with lifting. For example, proper running technique will save up a lot of energy allowing you to run for longer. Same with everything else. For example, most people have strength to do at least 1 pullup, unless they are severerly obese. But their body doesnt know how to recruit the right muscles very well, so it just uses up their arms and tries to curl themselves up the bar.
