Hi /Fit/ I'm doing a cut right now but I have some questions.
Ill have to start some really intense studying sessions from now on and I don't want to mess with my performance .

>How many carbs for studying and 4 days a week gym sessions should I need aprox?. I am 6ft and 205lb tryin to go to 12% bf.

I'd also say do cardio. Factor that into your maintenance calories and adjust your diet accordingly. This is anecdotal, but cardio helps me focus (this may be placebo?)

Hey guys, I need some advice. I'm 6'2, 140 lbs and I want to get into lifting to pack on some muscle. I don't know whether to go with regular strength training or to do a circuit?
My bf told me curcuits are bullshit and to just stick to one excercise until you're through with it, but I'm not so sure though.
Also, if I'm looking to put on some weight, is there a point to doing cardio?

So /fit/ here is the story

>starting again muay thai but wanna do lifting aside
>i do 2 muay thai training /week and wanna add 2 lifting "days"
>got pretty strung legs so i put that aside
So basically , which lifting program should i do ? ( 2x week , and just for the top of the body , i'll do legs but for now i just want to be settle about that )
What should i do ? Split ?

my diet is 90% meat and protein shakes, keto i guess

been at around 1400 kcals a day for a few months and my shoulders, tris and chest are blowing up and i'm getting leaner by the day, some days i eat like 800 kcals and im still growing because i get a shitload of protein. or maybe its the vitamin d3 pills im taking idk

Has anyone felt an emotional and physical connection while working out that helped you or motivated you? I had this experience today
>Girlfriend cheated on me and broke up with me about three weeks ago

>Normal day at gym today, felt pretty absent minded from all the shit happening in my life at the moment
>During a break in between sets I check my snapchat
>See a story with my ex involved, nothing major, just her existing and seeming to be having a great time

>Immediately pump out my next set with tons of intensity
>Can feel my frown on my face, my teeth grinned, trying to resist saying "fuck you" to myself
>Was struggling with the weight before but during that set I did it with zero trouble
>Rest of the gym session I felt very emotional and angry
>Felt like there wasn't enough weight in the gym to lift from that point on
It was a very odd experience, but now I just want it to be tomorrow so I can go back to the gym and work out again. Anyone an experience similar?
