It's been awhile since I've seen this posted so I'm bringing it back around. BEGINNERS don't forget your oats. It's been said since the beginning of time, this is not just a meme. Oats contain a great source of calories, them carbs and a good amount of protein! This shit has helped many people on here starting up and it WILL help you if you incorporate them into your diet. Get a mini blender, blend that shit up with some greek yogurt, fruits, some WHOLE milk and drink that in the morning for a quick wholesome nutritious breakfast. You don't even have to cook the fuckers.
Don't forget your squats and OATS!
