I bulked for a long time to go from Skelly to average but I got a but chubby so I cut. This was back in april. Over the summer, I've just been eating at TDEE and making slow gains. I'm now at 15% BF and I want my numbers to increase as I feel I'm about to plateau. Should i cut down to 11-12% bodyfat and then bulk or just start bulking again and then cut later?
