Like all laymen, I apparently made the error of disregarding amateur boxers. However, after talking to some pals who are boxing (not US), I may have to change my view. They said pro boxers are overrated and amateur boxing is where it's at.
Now, I don't know shit about amateur boxing, is there some truth to it?
Career amateurs are often just as skilled as their pro counterparts, but they're only conditioned for three to five rounds. That said, pros are now allowed to compete in amateur boxing (which is now technically called "AIBA open boxing") and the couple of them who signed up for the Rio Olympics got BTFO. A top Cuban or Eastern Bloc amateur could easily become a top pro if they trained for twelve rounders, in fact it happens all the time. But countries like the USA and UK could also do much better in the amateurs if their best fighters didn't turn pro so young
it makes some sense to me considering there is so much dirty money money in professional fighting. but that's just how i see it.

>choosing fighting as a pursuit when you are good enough to make a career out of it
depends what you value, the guys who train to fight in less rounds thus could compete at a higher weight class or is used to burning more of his energy quickly will be better in a fight of a short number of rounds vs the guy dedicated to a long fight.

I tore my right patella tendon completely, had one of a kind surgery to fix it that took 7 hours.
I know how you feel, and what your going through bro, but I started lifting many years after my operation. But I'm squatting fine and everything now.
Also have floating patella on my left knee, need an operation but doesn't give me issues.
Focus on form, and do easy SS, nothing expert or athlete level, and get plenty sleep. You should be fine.
What happened?
You tried to quarter squat 4pl8 and got injured?
Is this achievable natty? Also at what percentage do you look obese?
Literally 4 months of lifting

And thanks guys. I'm skelly but I'm eating like 4000 calories a day now.
SARMS are getting popular. Legal research chemicals for muscular enhancement are getting more popularity. I've seen good results with some. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some other legal research/experimental chemicals for cognitive improvement? Memory/attention/mood?

Has anyone here ever played with mk 2866? I'm wondering how it is on the liver.. Also should I run it 10mg everyday for 60 days? or 20mg everyday for 30 days?

>taking something that has no benefits and all sideffects
>>42739871
>>42739906
SO much bullshit just in these two posts.
It's not a methylated oral steroid so it
A: Has no effect on the liver whatsoever
B: Virtually no side effects and very low suppression.
Sarms are the shit. Read a book. It's like steroids 2.0 (Not as powerful as pinning obviously but fuck off), they're way more targeted and specific with the androgen receptors they hit.

Still shocked as fuck at this. How do ppl talk with so much certainty whilst knowing so little. Like chop your head off stupid.

Just hit your macros and get at least 7 hours of sleep. Why the hell would the workout be wasted?
Lately I've been holding in shits for about 3-4 days, then I'll take my laptop, a 3ds and some snacks and go to the toilet to take one big shit where I'll be relaxing on the toilet for about 2 hours.
Are there any negative health benefits to leaving in your shit for that long if it'll eventually come out?

For squats it was only about 6kg lighter. But i did more sets then usual (usually do 3x5 145kg).
>>42739220
I feel this. Honestly comes down to diet. If I eat clean and well timed, I get about 20% superior performance out of my body that day.
Should you rest a full 48 hours before working the same area, or can you get away with 30ish?
