cutting dosages range from 12mg to 24mg daily for a few weeks.
but if you're sick you wont need that stuff to lose some fast weight.
I've been taking salbutamol for my entire life (almost 30 years).
I find it difficult to get lean and stay lean, and I've spent most of my years lifting around 15-20% bodyfat, and it's painful for me to cut down to 10%, so painful it seems like hell to try maintain.
Either it's useless or I just have a fucked up appetite.

Is it alright to cut carbs on cardio days? I wanted to do that twice a week, my macros aim for 137 grams so I'll just go with 70-80

Does anyone else here have stomach ulcers or GERD? How does it affect your diet/lifting?
I feel like it fucks me up with the eating but also when lifting, especially squatting, I can't brace properly and so my back muscles have to do overtime to compensate. My deadlift is miles ahead of my back squat, and I don't think my legs are really weak.
I was feeling increasingly nauseous for ages especially after eating, finally got an endoscopy and found some small ulcers. Hopefully they'll go away with some antiacid medication but it's a bit strange because I don't have any of the normal risk factors...

I feel some acid if I eat too much, It is fucking up my protein intake.
I don't have a solution but I've notice that orange juice or tomatoes increase this burning feeling so I've been avoiding them, as for lifting, I just make sure not too eat at least 2 hours before lifting, I do feel lees energy but the acid reflux is worse.

I strained a muscle in my back. I can't remember when's the last time I've been as annoyed with an injury. It's just a nagging pain put it pisses me off so bad.
3 times a week fullbody:
5x5 Squats.
5x5 pushpress (heavy exentric)
5x5 overloaded negative chinups
3x12 overloaded dumbbell floor chest fly (press the dumbbell with both arms, switch to one arm and make it fall to the floor).
3x12 power-shrugs
3x15 weighted overloaded eccentric situps (sit up with feet supported or sit on your knees holding a heavy plate, lean backwards and fall and fight the resistance)..
3x12 leg curls
3x12 skullcrushers.
Theres more risk of injury in squats than there is in deadlifts.
