Lately I've been holding in shits for about 3-4 days, then I'll take my laptop, a 3ds and some snacks and go to the toilet to take one big shit where I'll be relaxing on the toilet for about 2 hours.

Are there any negative health benefits to leaving in your shit for that long if it'll eventually come out?
