What are some most popular basic leg mass building routines?

Is leg extension really useless?

I started doing legs without squats but just the leg extensions on my home bench. Well it sure made my legs harder than before I began working out. But after 6 months I didn't add any size. So then I finally started doing squats, light weight, because I'm a recluse at home.

Doing both legex and squats added a tiny bit of size. But I get exhausted after doing both. And I read how leg extensions are a waste of time, so I dropped the leg extensions.

Well I noticed that I don't get the same results post workout, no more temporary size increase, no more the same definition when i flex.

Shoud l I just continue with squats? I have no energy for both squats AND legex.

Train like a powerlifter. At least for the lower body. You can keep your "aesthetics" upper body exercises

So i made a spreadsheet for the texas method (original one substituted GHR with rows). problem is, the 5 pounds per 2 weeks on bench and press seem to low. Did I fuck it up?

the lifts in this spreadsheet are accurate except i was doing 290 for 5x5 so i guess legs were a lot stronger, i stopped training em for a bit to make em more equal

I'm currently working out 4 days a week but finding it hard to resist the temptation to lift on my rest days. Do I really need rest if I have little to no DOMS? My body feels ready.

I'm getting this unsettling pain on the underside of my elbow after chest day. I do the standard barbell/dumbbell routine with dips at the end.

Hey guys

So the last few years the strength of my erections has declined. I used to get gnarly hard as a rock, throbbing, you could hang a basket of water melons on it kind of boners. Shit I used to come and the old boy would stay just as hard!

Now adays they are half hard. Almost like blowing up a balloon that has a hole in it. Its a pain in the ass to keep it usable. Haven't had a sex partner in a while and I can get myself off pretty easily half hard, but when I do have sex Its frustrating I can't rise to the occasion.

Before you mentions these things:
I'm not fat
I don't smoke
I don't eat fast food(Keto & intermittent fasting master race)
I run three miles a day 6 days a week
I lift 6 days a week
I swim 5 days a week
I play high level masters water polo 4 times a week.

I think I broke my mental shit by jerking it too hard and fast and also too much visual stimulation by flying through porn videos the last few years. I want insane erections again. HELP ME.

To keep this lifting related, whats your guys favorite hamstring exercise?

whenever I try a workout with too much volume i get sore for days. Im talking tennis elbow and I walk like gru from despicable me the next day
should I stick lifting heavy 3x8 with rest pause and reverse pyramid training? or stick with high volume workouts and take ice baths and vitamin C to increase recovery?
Its a plan from bodybuilding.com and my gut is saying its a plan for fake nattys and manlets

Does anyone here have experience with taking an EC stack?
Honestly, I just saw an infograph how to do one and hopped in 4 days ago. I'm 6' 205 lb and would really love to lose 20-30lb. I've always loved lifting but can never seem to stick with it. Exercise in general has always been a great joy for me, I used to play water polo in high school.
On the other hand, dieting is something I have a tough time with and always bitch out real quick. A few days eating 2000kcals and I get the "fuck-it"s.
With the EC stack I'm eating 1600-1800 kcals no problem with almost no cravings for sweets or awful food.
I do feel like a pussy abusing OTC medicine and like I'm robbing myself of an opportunity to nurture self-discipline and determination, but god damn if I don't think I'd be more willing to push it hard as fuck in the gym once I lose this gut I'm carrying around.

What do you guys think? I'm I overreacting? Is it more or less dangerous than I'm making it out to be? Not gonna make it?

Also, EC? Or ECA.

Has anyone had any experience with Hakker's stacks/routines or similar stuff for height growth? I'm talking about the "according to some studies, these chemicals might be able to influence GH/IGF-1/osteoblast growth".
Considering the dietary effects of things like milk (good, kinda!) and soy (estrogens!) it seems hard to believe diet/supplements aren't a secondary factor for height development, assuming your growth plates are still open.
There's a shit ton of technical phrases like DNA methylation and plenty of chemicals I can't pronounce, but I'm leaning towards the conclusion that someone who focuses on these routines might be able to scrape out an extra inch while they're still growing.
