I'm getting this unsettling pain on the underside of my elbow after chest day. I do the standard barbell/dumbbell routine with dips at the end.

I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong. Help a brother out before I fuck my shit up

your probably overstretched your arm too quickly
my physio instructed me to do very lightweight exercises with it like triceps with very high reps to get a good blood flow.
i just continued training and it dissapeared in like 1.5 months

if i were you i'd go to a physio instructor

i did things like triceps pushdowns with low weights high reps. he told me the red blood cells will heal everything within 2 months and that if it aches a little while exercising its okay but when you feel pain you should stop and just visit a physio
