Does anyone here have experience with taking an EC stack?
Honestly, I just saw an infograph how to do one and hopped in 4 days ago. I'm 6' 205 lb and would really love to lose 20-30lb. I've always loved lifting but can never seem to stick with it. Exercise in general has always been a great joy for me, I used to play water polo in high school.
On the other hand, dieting is something I have a tough time with and always bitch out real quick. A few days eating 2000kcals and I get the "fuck-it"s.
With the EC stack I'm eating 1600-1800 kcals no problem with almost no cravings for sweets or awful food.
I do feel like a pussy abusing OTC medicine and like I'm robbing myself of an opportunity to nurture self-discipline and determination, but god damn if I don't think I'd be more willing to push it hard as fuck in the gym once I lose this gut I'm carrying around.
What do you guys think? I'm I overreacting? Is it more or less dangerous than I'm making it out to be? Not gonna make it?
