5/3/1 is great, been running it for almost a year now and thiqueness abounds.

How often should I eat a day?
I'm trying to eat 3k a day.
I created this shake thats like 700-1000 calories.
Thinking about having 1 for breakfast and then 1 after a workout or after lunch.
So basically, I'd have 4 meals a day.
Is this good enough? I heard it was like 6.

I don't want to worry you, but my dad did the same thing lifting and he is still fucked from it, bad. granted he got into a couple car accidents, but he blew out a disc while tryna pick up a heavy ass weight

If you didn't fuck up your disc's you should be fine though
