So i made a spreadsheet for the texas method (original one substituted GHR with rows). problem is, the 5 pounds per 2 weeks on bench and press seem to low. Did I fuck it up?

the lifts in this spreadsheet are accurate except i was doing 290 for 5x5 so i guess legs were a lot stronger, i stopped training em for a bit to make em more equal
