Can someone recommend me some good ear plugs that will stop all noise?
My roommate snores like a fucking monster. I throw shit at him, which will stop it for maybe an hour and then he'll start snoring again. I've tried regular ear plugs that I bought at the pharmacy, but they don't fully stop the sound. I've also tried earphones, which work better if I put on some chill music, but my ears hurt in the morning and my phone is all hot in the morning.

A while back I wrote a random note and left it at a public office. It was the typical tumblr sperg like "you matter :D" or something like that.
Turns out someone there found the note and kept it at their office notice board to make people happy, and everyone loved it.
Now. I want to write a feelgood letter, handwrite a ton of copies and leave it random places (in an envelope, maybe with a wax seal if I can get more wax). Maybe leave some in random mailboxes, especially for lone elderly people. I want it to cheer people up.
If you wrote a letter like that, what would it say? Please help me find the right words for it to make people feel good and not be creepy.

How do you cope with the fact that humans really are tribalist in nature and only judge you based on how well you party, conform to norms, and appeal to the emotions of others rather than being a good person or a smart person or actually helping other people.
All I really want to do is just be a good person but all I get in return is nothing, while the real sociopaths not only get everything, but use me as a scapegoat. I don't want to every go outside ever again. I don't want to see another human being again. Even the people I care about the most listen to emotion rather than logic. Even at the top of science, politics takes presidency over logic and helpfulness. There appears to be no escape aside from the internet.

So I have no idea why but people think im a lazy shitty worker. Like I dont work with any of my friends and they just see me as a lazy guy. Like they said last night they wouldnt trust me to work at their store they work at since I seem like a lazy and slow working who doesnt work hard. That isnt true at all but I guess im giving off a vibe that im lazy? I asked why and they made a joke like something stupid that made no sense about the situation. I was serious because I just dont get why I have that vibe. Like if something serious happens im the last person on anyones mind to help and I want to help I want to do extra things wherever and learn and no one lets me because they just think ill either fuck it up or just be a lazy piece of shit. This comes from people who know me personally all the way to people I barely know. What can I do to reflect that i'm a responsible hard working guy who can be trusted with things?

No I know they aren't jealous of it, they seriously just see me as someone who can't be in control of anything and will not take it seriously. I think its because I said at work im making 9 an hour so I dont go crazy hard everyday, only when I have to but I dont have to alot. So, I think I would really enjoy cam whoring. I'll admit I'm an attention starved pathetic fuck, and when I've shared some lewdish type pics in the past I really enjoyed the attention I got.
Problem is, I'm going into a career where anything like that being connected to me would basically ensure I never get a job. I understand there's risk in everything, but I'm just wondering how likely anyone could connect anything to me so long as I'm not showing face. Yeah, I always took the background of my pics seriously in my lewds. Made sure there was nothing on the walls, plain white sheets, etc. I even would just badly edit shit in paint if I felt like there was anything notable.
Other concern I had was like clothes I wore though. Its not too damning I'm sure, so long as there's no like, unique logo on it. But I wondered if anyone could link my outfits. Therefore I tried to wear clothes that I never really took pictures in before.
