So what they test for during a driving test isnt if you are an amazing driver that blesses other drivers with your presence. Its if you are safe. Nothing else. Do you follow the rules and will you cause an accident is ALL the access. Do you drive the speed limit or reasonable within circumstances. Not if you can perfectly maintain 35mph in a 35mph but if you don't go faster and go at least 20mph. If its snowing just go the speed you feel comfortable at. Thats what they want to see. That you don't need to show off or pretend to be good at driving but that you wont cause an accident and are careful. Just keep in mind minimum speeds and try not to go too far under. Signal at every turn (auto fail otherwise). Brake WAY in advance without disturbing traffic. They'll have you drive around a neighborhood probably. Speed limits there go up to 40mph but you can go as slow as 20mph. If its snowing they'll probably let you go slower. It doesnt have to be smooth. You can be a shitty driver, just follow the rules and you'll pass. All they care about is how lightly you are to cause an accident.

Drive slowly. That's it. Do 10 mph lower than the speed limit. The tester will understand that you're being careful because of hazardous road conditions.
That's if the test isn't cancelled anyway. I know in my state they can cancel driving tests due to snow.

How do I help my girlfriend with high functioning anxiety?
My girlfriend's been a very outgoing, fun and friendly person for almost all her life, but she's started changing since last year after things progressively started going wrong for her. She takes way more stress than necessary to begin with, and now that she's almost the complete opposite of what she was a couple of years ago, the thought of everything is causing even more stress/anxiety/panic. It gets so bad at times that she just lies on her bed while her body aches and just cries helplessly, not interacting with a soul for days. Meanwhile, I'm at my place not knowing what the fuck I can do to help her and just lose my shit.

Some people have that when they need love and attention. I assume you are giving her that.
Get her to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Even if it's anxiety, and not depression, it's still a real disease, with known treatments and drugs that can help her.

I've suggested her a psychiatrist, but she's not a big believer with them because many of them in our country are unqualified and can do more harm than good with their wrong medication, and also, the thought of sitting in front of a random stranger and talking, let alone being vulnerable terrifies her.

Convince her that she is not crazy. She is normal and she is having a difficult time, everyone goes through that at some point. It's not her fault or drama, she is sick. Tell her a psychiatrist won't recommend medication unless it is a last resort, especially if you specifically ask them that. You can also ask around for a qualified one, most people have visited psychiatrists in their lives, just ask your friends, phone the psychiatrist beforehand and talk with them.
There's really no way around it, all you can do in this situation is convince her to visit a psychiatrist.

Today was the third time it happened in around 2 years, an extremely sharp pain wakes me up with my eye completely red and lacrimating like a flood, the pain goes completely away after some hours.
The thing is: this time was different, right before waking up to the pain i had a dream of my face with streets lights (pic related) hanging on top of my head, as soon as the green light turned on an arrow pinted at my eye and, in that precise moment, i woke up with the crippling pain, that sure was trippy.
Did i scratch my eye while sleeping? Or is it something else?

Probably got something in your eye and then while sleeping it all collects. If it keeps happening see a doc. They will put a drop of special dye on your eye (no pain) then have you look into a machine that like a reverse microscope. very noninvasive takes 5 mins.

The police aren't helping me. Is it possible to locate someone with a license plate? All the searches I've done have led me to believe that license plates are not personally identifiable information. Anyone know any databases or techniques for finding this douche?

Hey guys. I moved to knoxville in late september from Maryland. I left behind an 8/10 girlfriend, and a huge friend group.
