Greenhouse 3a in Pripytat, my memory of it ain't great though.

The Changeling is a classic and overlooked supernatural flick. Also the original The Haunting from 1960 or so; probably the best haunted house movie out there. As far as slashers go, Stagefright is one of my favorite; I remembered being relatively spooped by it, which is saying a lot for a slasher.

The second occurrence was when I was laying on my couch at night watching TV when I heard a single knock at my car port door. I immediately got up and locked the door and started looking out my windows to investigate and noticed the motion light was on outside. I sat back down to continue watching TV and I heard about 5 more strong knocks at the door. I wasn't taking any chances with my life so I went and got my dad (I'm still in school) and told him about what was happening. He grabbed a hatchet and i grabbed a metal rod in case it was some sort of intruder. We looked outside, saw nothing and we decided to wait for it to happen again. After a few minutes I heard another series of strong knocks so we went outside to look but still nothing. This happened like 7 times in the period of 30 minutes but every time we looked no one was outside. Each time the knocks happened the motion light would come on a couple moments before. The last time it happened I heard what sounded like an aluminum can dropping on the concrete floor. When I looked outside there was no can and no person.

The last and most recent occurrence happened last night with my friend who was present during the first occurrence and was unaware of the second occurrence saw what appeared to be a blue electronic/phone light moving away from my house in the backyard on my ground floor deck. He immediately stood up and asked if that was my dad outside and pointed out my living room window. We both went outside with a flash light to investigate. We saw nothing but got pretty noided from that point on.

I lay there in bed bewildered by the feeling. Then I suddenly experience a dual vision, like I am in my room on my bed, but suddenly I'm also in another place, lying on a bed. I see both these things at once uninhibited, not like a forced hallucination on drugs where you see one thing only. It's a small, bright, white room, a few other beds. A single, small window, outside I see lush green plant life and a waterfall. It's all beautiful.
2 people are in the room with me, naked, a man and a woman. Tall, elegant, Nordic in appearance with red hair. The man sits in the corner looking to the distance, occasionally at me, smiling. The woman sits at the foot of my bed staring lovingly at me, and they talk to me, as if directly to my mind, without moving lips, but somehow I feel as if they are speaking as one.
They tell me they love me, we are family, and they've been watching over me and are proud. They say I am on the right track in life and I need to keep following my instincts. I ask them why I'm here (on Earth without them) and they say I wanted to come here. I ask when I can come back and they tell me I must finish what I came here for. Immediately I understand this means I must live out my life as full as I can and ask no more questions.
They tell me I cannot stay long and I have to return to the world and continue my duty here, until one day when we meet again.
The experience ends, but the euphoria doesn't. For more than 24 hours, lasting well into the next day, I had this euphoric feeling, and unconditional love and empathy for those around me. I worked in sales at a circuit city (think RadioShack) with stupid ass people everyday all day, but I felt not one ounce of negativity towards anyone. Only love. Eventually around lunch time the next day I come down from euphoria and feel normal emotions again like the rest of you niggers.

Fucking hell mate, I can't even tell what meditation is supposed to do, much less get shifting perspectives to work. But it reminds me of playing softball games in third person when I was a little kid every time I hear about things like that. I told people at the time I was doing that, and they thought I was just weird, even moreso when I told them seeing things from above was why I paid so much attention to people's hair and so little to their shoes. And softball was hard because the ball went right up out of sight when anyone hit it, though I never lost sight of the players.

It's just like what you described. There is always a point of focus where your concentration lies, meditation is about moving that focus in your body and the tingly feeling that follows it on its own, usually slowly at first so you must let it keep up. And clearing your mind, letting your conscious thoughts run their course without interrupting them or trying to change them willfully until they just... quiet and eventually stop and you stop hearing your voice inside your head.
