Thing is, I have no problems with a daily fap, but the obnoxiously loud ear ringing and the crows that kaw really loudly when I begin seem to disagree. That said, I am trying to cut it down and increase my health.

I have ear ringing accompanying certain thoughts and behaviours: any way to stop that, or do I just have to consciously force my thoughts to myself?
