So, It´s been a while.
I have been away from the site for a while because my grandfather was hospitalised.
Also, I saw a girl waving at me in the supermarket, however I cannot tell if I knew the girl for I thought she was quite odd. Dressed in all white, on bare feet. Just waving towards me and walking slowly towards me. I watched my back like if she was waving at someone else and just continued walking. Not sure if that has anything to do with my last story but it did kind of freak me out.
Any advise is very welcome.

I've been watching the skies alot more lately.... I watched something materialize out of nowhere lift up then take off and disappear. I only got a short video on my phone. I need am tripod for my camera. The things I see in the sky matches what you see on the iss live feed. Anyone in OK that seen this 2 nights ago aground 11pm? there is a problem right here with this sentences. A theorie is just a theorie, you can deny it or discuss it but never act as if it was a fact. So I have been doing meditation recently and have been encountering strange results.
When I was around 18 I did a lot of meditation and I had this belief that I was stripping away the "fake" parts of myself to access my true inner mind. When I did these exercises "I" started speaking without having any conscious thoughts. The words coming out of my mouth were not my own but who I believed at the time was my "true self." I had a notebook that I wrote down everything that "my inner self" said after every session (I have since lost the notebook as that was years ago). The general attitude of the voice was very stoic, calm and had some very good insights, at least, from what I can remember. I also allowed it to "take control" from time to time and let it write in the notebook.

This leads to where I am today.
Recently I have begun meditation again, but I have been encountering very off putting results. I have been attempting to do the same thing, essentially giving my voice over to my "inner self," but this time it's nothing like the previous encounters. This one is very aggressive. Not angry, just...idk. When I let it speak it always wants to look in the mirror. Always. It smiles. It always smiles. And its eyes don't look right. My skin is crawling just typing this out. Its voice is always raspy and rough.
The reason I am just now trying to find someone, anyone to talk about this with is last night I had a dream. I was standing in the bathroom looking in the mirror, where it likes to be, and it started talking and moving strangely in the mirror. In person I can always regain control but in the dream I could not. The eyes went all white and then little black irises began to form. They eyes became bloodshot but instead of red veins they were black. I can't remember but I think it said, "This is mine now"

Don't know if this is necessary paranormal but
today when pairing my phone to a car with Bluetooth when the device paired I heard talking through the speakers so I turned up the volume and heard what sounded like police radio before cutting out shortly after . I had no apps playing in the background at the time so it couldn't have been that. Has anyone heard of something like this happening before or am I just crazy and it never happened?
