Considering homebrewing a Steven Universe game. How do you think I should go about doing it?
>>49666080
Last time this thread popped up, people recommended Anima to do it
I don't know just how well it would work but it's worth a shot, you should look into it
Start by serving bleach to everyone to get those noggins joggin
I've really stopped understanding the plot of this comic.

It's Goblins again.
Time for me to make a webcomic I quess, so /tg/ will stfu about this piece of memetrash.
Why is the Dead Space setting so cool?
The setting at large didn't seem that great honestly, it's the atmosphere that made it great.
>>49657443
It's atmosphere that really makes a good setting more than anything else.
>>49656757
> Why is Dead Space cool?
Do you know the old Klinger proverb that says revenge is a dish that is best served cold?
It is very cold in space....
Infinity is a 28mm scale futuristic skirmish game by Corvus Belli where deathbots can still shoot faster than you even when it's not their turn.

So if a Sin-Eater managed to learn how to pilot a TAG, would that TAG get total reaction?
I'm sure the Bakunin "authorities" have tried this at least once.
>>49649673
It probably ended up as one of those failed experiments that is only fit to cull non-conformists like those morlock slaves.
Also, what's the story behind red veil (if any)? Is it some not-terrorist attack?
>>49649673
It would probably get neurocinetics. Driving a mech wouldn't magically stop him being a jittery motherfucker.

1st for Age of Emperor will mix up the system the way we need
>>49679755
I'm skeptical. There's still a readily apparent disparity in the amount of care and attention put into different books/factions, and the system is still going to be flawed as long as they treat writing some factions like a chore.
Second for 40k end times when?

Can you guys go back to /vg/ already.
Why'd they decide to retcon the worgen into some druid's curse?
I preferred the Arugal experiment's version.

Werewolves fit well with druidism. Just like in D&D and MTG.
>the only quality of drwaves is their smithing

They're the perfect height to be used as footrests.
>>49665978
>elves
>better than smithing than dwarves
>>49665978
Why do you do this?
Your current (or favorite, if not currently in a game) character has just been informed they are a father (of an additional child if already a father), or they just gave birth if they are a mother.
How do they react?
>female vulpine druid
OH REALLY?
YOU DON'T FUCKING SAY!
Just don't reply.
>>49662174
With an alarming amount of surprise, since it's a plushie.
I am a poor retard and i want to make proxy cards of the Kaladesh cards. I don't want to use them to make money, i don't want counterfeit cards, i want to make cards that i can use in casual games and experiment with what i want to see of what decks i can build out of the cards i print. In short, how do you make proxies? how can i make good ones that aren't "print the card and put it in a sleeve with a land" or "use a sharpie and rename the lands."?
>>49660219
I'm not sure I understand what you're asking.
>no counterfeits
but also
>no printed ones or sharpied ones
I'm pretty sure you have to pick one of these options.
>>49660219
>poorfag thread
Just print them. magiccards.info has a printing option on every card.
In the future of space, the space governments still bother to train soldiers instead of just using drones, killbots, and spraying mustard gas everywhere. Why?
>>49674770
Minovsky particles
>>49674770
Democratic ideals, fascist ideals, issues with rogue AIs, jamming technology, hacking, human improvisation, religious reasons, etc.
>>49674770
That makes for an interesting setting, though? In a world where warfare is automated, what things can a machine *not* do? How can the players fill that niche?
Or maybe for a strategy board game based on drones and androids?
Perhaps all "soldiers" are simply trained a la Ender's Game. Or placed in dream pods where their souls are projected into "Animus Chasses" to fight battles over distant water-rich asteroids in the depths of space?

Why did you kick a player from your game?
What (classic?) modules from previous editions are worth adapting to 5E?
Previous thread: >>49661888
Previous thread: >>49661888

Sunless Citadel is a fun little dungeon crawl romp from early 3e. Rebalance the encounters with 5e rules and stat blocks and redo the DCs and it runs great.
I have never kicked a player. But one guy left temporarily for since scheduling issues, and I never invited him back because he creeped out the other players. He's a good friend irl, but just can't contain his power level.

Here are some more Kaladesh draft Pack 1 Pick 1 decisions
What would you pick here?
>>49636936
Longtusk cub is splashable, strong, and in addition is probably the best card in the pack.
>>49636936
I'd take Insidious Will since I'm a sucker for counterspells. Longtusk Cub seems like the solid pick here. I'm also fairly impressed with Fragmentize and Appetite for the Unnatural in this format, but I'm not sure if you want more than one disenchants in your deck.
>>49637215
Twodrops aren't really splashable. They don't have huge enough impact on the board later on in the game, and it's much less likely to have access to splash mana on turn2 than on turn6.
Specifically looking to get into tabletop wargaming and looking at getting into this.
My questions are
>Is it cheap to get into?
>Hows the community
>Is it beginner friendly
>>49628666
>>Is it cheap to get into?
Not really. The game has gotten to the point where forces are much larger than they used to be. It's about on par with GW stuff.
>>Hows the community
Some good players, but most are assholes.
>>Is it beginner friendly
It's basically Magic:The Gathering with miniatures. If you find a good combo you win, if not you lose.
There are far better games to play.
>Is it cheap to get into?
Fuck no its for rich people
>Hows the community
Aspergers
>Is it beginner friendly
The rulebook is an inch thick
>>49628666
Hey OP have you looked at Malifaux OP? the entry will be about 60$ ish (depending on the faction you pick up) to get yourself a standard sized crew, which is 50 SS. The community is super friendly, and the rules are simple-difficult depending on how you build your crew
What if every animal & monster could mate with each other, as a lot of Middle Ages scholars thought? Apart from the classic chimeras and owlbears, what would be some other cool combinations (no, _animal_men, please).
Some of mine:
>Snakehawk
>Gatorbear
>Turtlewolf (armored wolf)
>Dragon Panther
>>49667776
Do they fuck?
>>49667825
>>49667825
The animals and monsters would obviously need to mate to create chimeras, unless some mad wizard used alchemical or techno-wizard magic on them.
>>49667776
God those comics were awful. Like a badly written, super-edgy version of Fables focused on T&A.
