question to NEETS: how the fuck do you do it? i'm not a normie and i fucking hate social interaction, but for the past few weeks ive been doing nothing but sitting in my room for most of the day. im getting anxious, bored, depressed, and my moods keep swinging like some sort of fucking weird mania. i try to keep myself entertained with movies, music, internet, and working out with my home gym, but it's not work -- i need to be out of the house working some shitty wageslave job just for a change of scenery.
how do legitimate NEETs not go insane from indefinitely sitting in the same room for 24 hours a day?

This is not bad advice.
Another thing is to make your bed everyday. As small as it sounds, it's actually an exercise in self-discipline and getting used to routines, as well as seeing that efforts get you results.
Also clean and organize your room. You spend so much time in there it should be a relaxing and comforting environment. I live by the KonMari method and my life was turned around since I started it.

That's not something you learn, it's practice and trial and error.
Learning a language is a door into a whole other world. That can get you a girlfriend/wife and the approval of her family if she's whatever ethnicity of the language you've learned. Even if they're not, it's still seen as a sign of intelligence and some girls have a fetish for guys who speak whatever language.

Well I don't have a lot of basis for comparison because we're both still pretty new and when I work with more experienced people I'm not on a level playing field with them so it's not the same. I've noticed that kind of stuff here and there in the past with other guys, but I work with this guy a lot and it's become really obvious.
