They're okay. The level of Jewishness depends a bit on where they are from and how observant they are. An orthodox girl from NYC is gonna be very different than a reform one from Houston.

I am a Jew myself and under some pressure to eventually marry one, but I don't really care anymore. It's a plus if someone is Jewish, but not a requirement. At least by my standards. If I put a ring on a shiksa I'd probably get written out of the family trust. You need to be more prepared for the family than the girl.
