At a wedding a few months ago, several older-but-still-youngish female relatives (~30s) complimented my looks, and I noticed this very attractive blonde girl looking at me periodically. At some point she came up and introduced herself to me. "Hey, such and such was telling me about you, you really do computer shit?" I'm not an expert at reading people, but everything I was taking from her expression, speaking tone, cadence, etc, was that of attraction. She was smiling and her manner of speech was that of heightened interest, with a hint of playful teasing underneath.

I told her the specifics of what I was studying, what electronic projects I was currently working on in my classes, and the nature of the coding I sometimes have to do. I knew there was a better way to answer that question, but didn't know what it was. The second I started explaining, I could tell the initial attraction was lost. I asked her what she did, she told me she worked as a secretary at a financial firm, and after some more mundane chat some friends of hers came by and she went off with them. I'm now aware that this was likely what is called a "shit test" of my social prowess and expertise that I failed.

Since that encounter I've had a few similar ones, where a girl looks interested in and receptive to me, even treating me like she would a normal person but after a bit of conversation realizes I'm very abnormal. My sister had a friend whom I hadn't seen in about 5 years, who saw me as an outcast and mocked with my sister. When I saw her recently we began talking and she genuinely acted as if I was an old friend who she was pleased to see. She started talking about her weekend and what plans she had, what shows she was going to see and so on. I had little to say back but the whole experience was fascinating, she didn't seem to lose interest until a long time had passed and she realized I had never gone to a concert or club in my life.

Until recently I've never tried to study normie psychology and what drives them; now they treat me like one of their own until I open my mouth long enough to reveal my true nature. Perhaps if I study them long enough in the field I can mimic their responses to a high enough degree where I am asked to join in social events. Less likely still, I may be able to secure a mate.

Another good idea is to slowly phase out this over-intellectualizing thing you've got going on, at least knock it off for large social settings/save it for one-on-one interactions. Better yet is to make friends with funny people to improve your sense of humour. THEN you'll improve with the ladies, eventually.

I'd buy a few properties to secure an immediate income, then buy a few cars for myself and a decked out house, not a mansion though, but a nice townhouse in a Pacific Northwest city. Then I'd give various amounts to my immediate family, enough for them to finance a house and buy a new car, maybe gift a few travel packages to my grandmas, and gaming PCs for my teenager cousins. Then I'd "invest in myself", hiring a personal trainer and nutritionist to make me fit, a fashion advice to make me look good, a counselor or psychologist to make me less of a sperg and polish some social skills.

I'd save 33% in a a good bank somewhere in a tax heaven, away from the grubby hands of the government's tax officials.

Then I'd invest 33% in a wide portfolio, with both high-risk options and more traditional investments. I could go wild on this, and I assume not having to work for the rest of my life will give me a ton of time to work out good investment plans.
