Your name is GILES. You are a swordsman and you have just been kicked out of your caravan.

Your traveling companion, alchemist, and only friend, WALLACE, is to blame, and has also been abandoned with you.

Luckily, your caravan has abandoned you in the remote kingdom of FORLONDE, the capitol of several agricultural provinces surrounded on three and three quarters sides by mountains, affectionately nicknamed "THE BOWL".

The sun has just passed overhead, and you have maybe six hours of daylight left.

1 Longsword, and decent knowledge of how to use it
1 Worn and rusty heater shield, on its last legs
0 Magical experience or know-how
1 Set of piecemeal leather armor, with some bits of metal
1 Set of street clothes under said armor
2 Health tonics

From the air, Bogota, Colombia looked like a perfect little get-away for the rich and powerful. However, you and men like you were never really sent to perfect little get-aways. You were sent to places that were about to become war-torn shitholes for any of half a dozen reasons.

Well, you are now. This is still your first month with Impact! Solutions, and only your fourth job. The first few were attending state dinners in case the locals got rowdy, and the latest was sitting on some mega-yacht for a few days to impress and intimidate some oil magnates rivals. All in all, the general dick-waving that goes on by the super rich.

But you had a feeling Bogota was going to be different. Mostly because you were armed to the teeth and flying some rust-bucket chopper over a warzone in broad daylight to extract some Colombian tax man from his mansion before the army of drug cartels that had decided to try to take the city showed up to skin him alive, or whatever it is the cartels are doing nowadays.

Harris, the angry looking medic, had called it 'Your first big boy job. Not like that needless bullshit they make you do in the service.'

Despite sitting about three feet across from you, he still had to shout to be heard over the roar of the helicopter.

"What the fuck was your name, kid?'

On a normal day as today, Aliens have come to Earth! A 4mts size humanoids that are amazed to see such a rich-life planet as Earth. They tell us that the Universe is way more bigger than humans think, and the reason we haven't make contact with aliens in the past is because our solar system is very isolated from most "life-planet hubs". They also tells us that they want to share their knowledge to build a community of life-forms from different planets, and so, to try to survive to the inevitably end of the universe: The Big Rip.

Despise human intellect, the aliens are kinda afraid of sharing their knowledge given the existence of Nuke bombs and Drones, but aliens believe that a better future aside from violence is possible for humans, but how to see that?

The aliens got a brilliant idea when they saw human technology made for entertaintment: VR. The idea was to use a simulated reality to test human reasoning trough difficult events to see if humans are worth of the alien knowledge.

However, there's a lot of humans on planet Earth, they cannot test every single human just for this purpose, but the aliens already solved that. Using the human concepts of "Country" and "Culture", the aliens just have to analyze every country and select 1 human of a given country that matches the most common traits of the culture of his country, and you are one of them.

You went to the Alienship and the aliens announce to the world who the chosen ones are. They put you on a cryogenic-like capsule wich uses an oxygen-rich liquid to scan the brain activity with more ease, and to avoid your awkward death. You close your eyes, you breath that liquid and so, the simulation begins.

You take the most trippiest journey to your subconscious before faint for headache. You wake up and it seems that you are on a hyper-realistic earth-like world being a mixture of different eras of the human history. You see a pop-up in front of you, and it seems to be a floating OS with inbox, maps and contacs to talk with some familiar you have on Earth. You open the only mail of the inbox and it tells you what the world is:

This world is filled with hatred and malice, the malice of the people around you have arised the appearance of mythological creatures, but they don't know that their malice is the source of this. Hatred on some places have created "Gadians", powerfull creatures that protects the pillars of the world, but for a more greater purpose. If all the 8 Gadians wake up, they will destroy everything you see in the blink of an eye. What to do is up to you.

Your objective on the digital world? Archieve peace before the world torns apart using every resource to your advantage. But how? Where to begin with?

Fantasy Quest.

You are the bellow average dude, you walk up in the morning, go to your shitty job, regret dropping out of college, get home, play vidya, watch pirated shows online with your bad internet. Until one day when you go to your job, fall asleep.

You look around and see what seems like 3 bars, 2 unmarked houses, possibly a tavern, and several guards longing outside one of the unmarked house.

Your clothes are the same as you left them, jeans and a t-shirt which have not been washed in 3 days, your wallet, a pocket knife, a lighter, and your iPhone.
