So my dad wants a side by side he wants double triggers with a 28" barrel. It's no problem finding that but finding one with a synthetic stock is the problem only double barrels i can find with them are for home defense.
Any sugggestions on where to find something like that?
Only reason is because it will be used for hunting and he would rather not destroy the wood on a nice shotgun. Also under 1,000$ would be nice.

I want an EDC gun and I've narrowed my choices down to the FNS Compact and the CZ Rami. I'm leaning towards the Rami because I plan on carrying in the summer and it's a sub-compact.

Just met guy at outdoor range who had nothing but wood stock conversions. He let me try his AR-15 in with Wallnut stock. It's 35° and he asked me to take off my gloves. The wood seemed warm and comfy compared to my standard polymer stocks. Is there any reason/drawbacks to wood stock conversions?
