I just came back from my second tour and I'm having some anxiety issues, I'm not getting agressive with the neightbors or family, but I have this constant feeling in my left arm (since 3 months ago) like if my arm were numb but I can move it perfectly fine, with the exception of my trigger finger, that pass the whole day like pointing down, like trigger discipline.
I have gone to the range without any problems but this sensation sucks and VA would prescribe benzo.
this is a first for me, I really don't know if it stress or what, but I'm going nut of being so aware of my arm.
Any way you deal with this anxiety without going through any drugs?

So I need to train him to become my battle buddy to protect me, as Brazil is a gun free zone (for civvies, at least)
Advice on the Interwebs didn't help much, and I figured you guys know your shit, please help me train him? I mean to train in like attack commands, for him to follow me on the street and not have to use a walking collar, and to obey commands like sit and wait, and not attack random people or dogs without my consent.
