I just came back from my second tour and I'm having some anxiety issues, I'm not getting agressive with the neightbors or family, but I have this constant feeling in my left arm (since 3 months ago) like if my arm were numb but I can move it perfectly fine, with the exception of my trigger finger, that pass the whole day like pointing down, like trigger discipline.
I have gone to the range without any problems but this sensation sucks and VA would prescribe benzo.
this is a first for me, I really don't know if it stress or what, but I'm going nut of being so aware of my arm.
Any way you deal with this anxiety without going through any drugs?

I smoke pot. I even tell my doctor at the VA. They're ok with it, they even wish my state had legal medicinal marijuana. It's either that, or take their drugs.
It's weird you feel sensation in your arm tho... My anxiety is in my chest.

got a gf/ wife? make sure to keep them informed if you are having an episode before it happens.
is it like pins and needles? or just no feeling? any history of prior injury on that arm? see a doc and dont worrry about it too much you have a support network even if it shitty 4chan people some of us will always try and help even if teen edge lords spam you. try and figure out who is actually ready to help.
