>Ask her if it's the dog she told me that she saw on the street a week earlier

>She opens outside door and closes it so that my other dogs don't quarrel with stray
>She tells me that he fell on her feet when she was taking my brother to his private math classes
>Dog looks like he came from Hades' kennel
>Grey, fairly large, very skinny and fur like a used broom, weird left eye and with a blue, perfect collar around his neck
>He's nice to me
> I enter
>Dog starts howling
>I chill with him while my mom does the dishes
>He asks me to pet him and lays on my side
>After like 2 hours, I ask my mom if she would come with me so we can try to find his owner
>He walks slowly, like a tortoise
>He falls on the ground when we reach the street where my mom found him
>I take a closer look
>His stomach is bleeding, his head, his neck is bruised due to the collar, and the soles of his paws have carpet burns

We return home, he is severely dehydrated and hungry, tired af too
>We take him the next day to the vet
>He was beaten by a stick, we find pieces of wood in his head
>He has to take alot of medicine, painkillers and antibiotics
>We put him up online
>28000 views on Twitter (My dad is kinda of a twitter celeb, he writes about Corinthians, we live in Brazil)
>Noone knows the dog
>He develops a deep affection for me specifically for no apparent reason
>Now, he still looks like he came from the fucking limbo, but active af, has normal eyes and acts like a puppy, and he has grown
>People stay wary and are intimidated by him, and he has a painful bite, as he has bitten me by accident once
>I think he is a Big Schnauzer
>I called him Nino, short for Menino

My other two dogs consist of some sort of bigger New Yorkshire and something that resembles a Daschund but with taller legs. Both of them can't protect much.
