So I bought a new razer laptop after owning a Microsoft surface pro 3 for a while, and I tried to plug in my external hard drive (1tb) into my new computer but It won't show up in my files. Anyone know what's going on? I already tried to download the hard drives installer and nothing happened.

Ever single Linux distro, freebsd, you fucking name it all freeze up at Network Configuration when I try to do a fresh install. Not a single god damn fix online will get me past it. /g/, are there just some laptops that are impossible to run anything other than their pre-installed OS(windows 8 in my case)?

Why is it smart phone cases keep breaking no matter how tough? I don't care if the phone is basically an electronic block in my pocket that could be used as both a hulu streamer and paper weight. Why can't companies make an extremely tough case despite the size issue? Yes I do use Apple due to being a brainlet and like to just have a streamlined design.
I hope I'm wrong, but I presume it is because it is cheaper and profitable to make tons of shitty, good-looking cases rather than a good, effective, ugly cases.
And I presume someone in this thread is going to make a smart ass pic saying "NO SHIT!"

This is by far the best looking phone I’ve ever seen and I want it bad, but I’m hesitant to get it.
Apparently, they’re ditching the square aesthetic and the next se will look like literally every other phone, so that option is out.
