390x2 will perform better in everything that supports multiGPU.

980Ti will perform better when a game doesn't support CF.

The other big difference is power usage, but that's for faggots to worry about.

The reality is that no set up will run 144Hz at 144 FPS in every game. You're either CPU limited or you can't get enough GPU horsepower, depending on the game. The sooner you realize that you'll always be within the 60-100 FPS range outside of a handful of notable exceptions, the happier you will be.

I would personally go with the multiGPU as it will perform better and thus last a lot longer. Most graphically demanding games support multiGPU, although it is worth noting that DX12 so far has shown lackluster multiGPU support.

Android sucks for Flash streaming and most pirate stream sites still use Flash therefor use Surface. Also pirate sites have tons of ads and Surface you can use an actual browser with an actual adblocker.

It's definitely superior to OS X and windows for programmers, web developers, and server administrators. It's also still great for browsing the web securely given that almost all malware is targeting windows exclusively

Do yourself a favor and buy something better if you want to play above 1080p. I recommend the 1070. Don't know the AMD equivalent. I'm sure it's nice as well.

Well, I don't really need to play on ultra.

I'm only upgrading because I specifically can't play Witcher 3 or Dark Souls 3 at even 1080p on lowest settings at 1280x720 with my 560ti. Witcher 3 seems to run at 40fps+ on the 1060 and 480 at ultra settings at 1440p so if I turn down AA and a couple other settings it will still look pretty good and I'll finally get to play it.

The cheapest 1070 is $399, which is kind of a large jump and I don't really play games enough to think it's worth it.
