Android sucks for Flash streaming and most pirate stream sites still use Flash therefor use Surface. Also pirate sites have tons of ads and Surface you can use an actual browser with an actual adblocker.

the surface gets way TOO loud and hot when streaming in 1080, and it doesn't even look that good

yet for some reason, when playing HD video from your flash storage it barely makes any noise

get a tablet if you're gonna stream, either the galaxy or an ipad
