What does /g/ think of 2600 and Off the Hook/Off the Wall? I like reading the magazine, but I feel like all Eric Corley does on the radio show is fucking political bullshit and all the guys on there are softspoken dickless beta fags, and not the NEET /g/ kind either.
>>58508425
>2600
>tech related
Kek, this is only tech related if you take this autism seriously
I didn't even know 2600 was still around
>>58508425
I like reading it while I'm in the book store
Sometimes you get some lulzy piece of code to do something useful or read about some autist investigating how a phone booth works in the Andes.
All in all it's better than most shite you'll find in any other publication
Who flies a private jet what if your pilots aren't ready to go but you are or are they just contracted out by the airport and whenever you want to go somewhere they find a pilot for you
>>58508404
You sound autistic. If they pull bullshit stunts and can't fly, then they'll be terminated and replaced.
>>58508404
Setting up a fight takes time as it must be registered and you must have a destination, etc. Unless you're hoping between private airports, in which case you still need to have contact with air traffic control at certain points, there are also obvious maintenance concerns that must be addressed before flight and safety checks.
If you own a jet you will contract out to a company who will handle all of this for you. When you want to fly somewhere you contact your person who contacts everyone else, your flight will generally be a day or two later unless you've already made plans to have them on standby or similar.
If you had money for any of this you would likely already have someone to do this for you instead of posting about it on 4chins.
>>58508404
airports have private services which include crew. it depends on how you own the aircraft.
hey guys, quick question about captcha
I've heard some rumors that captcha is being used to train machine vision algorithms
I can kind of see this being true but I just don't know enough about it.
well google's recaptcha trains machine to learn about images as people fill them
>>58508383
>I can kind of see this being true but I just don't know enough about it.
then you're an idiot. cause it's not true
unless google is actually dumb enough to think randoms on the internet are accurately writing captchas
if it's true i've convinced google that at least hundreds of street signs are "nigger"
foolsgudmang
>>58508406
Google sends the same image to hundreds, if X% write the same answer then it is accepted as true. Google sends millions of captcha a day of course they won't take a single sample for each.
Have you really never given the same captcha twice?
i have an absolutely mindnumbing desk job (I don't even get my own desk) ahead of me.
I'm going to be doing some basic script programming and merging databases, &c. Nothing interesting or fun.

OpenBSD is the best at security. Period.
Debian is the best at stability.
Ubuntu is the best at usability.
Arch is the best at fun.
FreeBSD is the best at uptime.
Can we agree?
>>58508188
Gentoo is the best at fun.
Arch is despicable and so is its userbase.

Not big on computers but I've been having issues lately disconnecting from certain game services, and I'm fairly sure it's my modem's fault.
I was thinking of buying another modem and replacing the one I have. What would happen if I did and am I allowed to do that without losing my current network?
>>58508133
Depends on the last-mile protocol they use. If its DOCSIS, it might be difficult.
Yes. If it's cable you'll have to register it with your provider, but if DSL you just need the login credentials.

>game services
You only have yourself to blame
