Never had a problem. Sounds like you got a defective unit. Luckily Amazon has pretty much the best customer support so they'll help you get it straightened out if you're not too autistic to call them.

Is there a program that is simple to use, that can brute force my veracrypt device password.
I know the large majority of the password, the problem is that i may lack some capital letters, or special symbols. If i enter the partial password, can the password be brute-forced?
