Windows 10 is a botnet even if you disable all available telemetry options on the Enterprise/Education editions. It continues to phone home, even to foreign IPs. It ignores the hosts file and built-in firewall rules.

How do you stop it?

Hardware firewalls can handle this, but they're only useful for connections you control, and particularly unhelpful for laptops. All the software firewalls for Window that I'm aware of suck, and I'm not sure if they would even be able to block this traffic. Maybe assign the physical NIC to a GNU/Linux VM (perhaps gentoo) running a firewall and then share that connection back to the host?

You can't. Is this so difficult to understand? Windows is dead. It's no longer relevant in a world that demands privacy and security. Move the fuck on and stop crying that My First Shitty OS is now dead.

Just making sure you see the information.

>>61351231

You have no idea what a distribution is.
You don't know anything about the distributions you mentioned.
Encryption isn't distribution exclusive.
Instead of asking sane questions or informing yourself, you're jumping straight into the memes. Enjoy your 10 minute experience and then going back to Windows.

tl;dr: you're an idiot who fell for memes and myths spread on here.
>>
I am stupid and I keep replying in the old thread.

>>61351348

You are an idiot. Reasons why:

>antergos is arch for pretentious idiots, who enjoy additional useless abstraction layers which contribute more bugs
>you will use the same kde plasma package on both, meaning you will have to wait the same amount of time (on the same internet connection)

Also, you misused ((( ))).
It's supposed to be an echo, used around Jewish names to symbolize how they influenced world politics throughout the decades, how their names echo through history, as it were. They are NOT a substitute for quotation marks, which would have been more fitting considering your attitude towards the individuals in question.

>I use Ublock Origin
>I use Flash Control (blocks flash and HTML5)

I'd be real interested to hear how the situation you described would manage to find success with these things installed.

The economy will forever collapse and the currency will always get devalued.

Why haven't you invested into bitcoin yet?
22 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>61351083
bitcoin has zero privacy and anonymity, the blockchain is completely open for inspection. The network has also gotten massively centralized since only large-scale ASIC miners with cheap-to-free electricity can profitably mine. Both of those completely undermine the goal of having a currency that a government can't manipulate for its own ends.

Whatever coin takes over, it shouldn't be bitcoin.
>>
>>61351083
Because I buy rations, disposable lighters, and ammo. If the US currency collapses, you can bet that I'm not going to be able to access an electric wallet.
>>
>>61351083
It's literally just a digital version of silver and gold. In a collapsed society, neither of these will be of any value to the vast majority of people looking to barter. If you manage to survive the collapse, however, these things will retain their value. This means that gold, silver, and bitcoin should be the last thing you invest in, rather than the first.
