I never ran before. I'm a 5'11" man and have a healthy bmi.

I ran today and it was hard. I had to stop numerous times to catch my breath. My legs never got tired, it was just my lungs burning and a cramp in my side.

What happened? Does it get better? I managed to run 2kms under 10 minutes which I think is too fast and I need to slow down?

Hows my diet

Mon - Fri
Breakfast [9am]
-2x (1/3) cups of egg whites
-2 sausage patties
-2 strips turkey bacon

Lunch [noon-1pm]
-8oz. Chicken breast w/ 1cup white rice
OR
-5oz Beef w/ 1 cup of white rice

After lunch snack [3pm]
-Almonds

Dinner [6 sometimes 9pm depending on school]
-2 Turkey burgers(no bun)
-1cup white rice

Last Meal
-2 Scoop protein powder


any suggestions? I know I need more veggies in there. Thinking of adding broccoli with the chicken at lunch, or with my turkey burgers

Is there a reason to do sumo deadlifts over normal deadlifts? Perhaps a certain body type would be more inclined to lift one way vs the other?

Long legs and short arms / torso combination are the best candidates for pulling sumo. I'm 6'1 with ridiculously long femurs and it works wayyyy better than conventional.

I mean shit, I have a friend who has a morbidly obese mother. She once went "grocery shopping" while he and I were chillin playing some cawadoody.

The woman came back with a box of chocolates, a cake, brownies, and other various shit. She sat down, ate all the chocolates, ate the entire cake, gave me and my friend a brownie, and proceeded to eat the rest of them. I don't even want to know how many calories that shit was.

What does /fit/ think about stationary bikes?

I was thinking buying a used one because winter is coming. I was used and I enjoyed jogging.

I do not want to lose or win any weight. Only have a better cardio.

Maybe with this I'll finally watch all my weab shits or anything else that I wanted.
