Just had some homemade curry over basmati rice. What are your guys favorite snacks when u decide to stay up late and hunger kicks in (especially if you're on an ec stack and the last dosage you took was over 8 hours ago and that appetite you've been suppressing all day returns with a vengeance)

So who here can dunk on a 10ft rim? What's ur height standing reach and vertical what routine got you there or were you just nigger mode. I currently do calve raises, lunges, squats, box jumps, hamstring quad extension machines, what else should I do I can get my finger about 1 in above rim

I'm 6'4 with a wingspan of 6'10, played either basketball or football every day from like 6th grade on. I was able to dunk like every other time I tried but then senior year I played volleyball for one season and I started to throw it down hard. Jumping for three hours a day for two months during volleyball got it done

I've read the stick and many threads here right now but none seem to discuss this issue. This is my situation.
When I get home after work, I always go up my room and lock myself there until it is time to leave for work the next day. Is there a workout I can do in my room? I really hate running. It is very boring. I dont own a bicycle. I dont have enough money to spend on machines or a gym. I hate going outside, but I do want to get noticed by girls and I really want to feel better about myself. Is there a 20-30 min cardio workout I can do in my room? is running the only best way to burn calories? Is it possible to get fit doing exercises that use my own body as a weight instead of relying in buying stuff? Working out while watching anime would be a huge motivation for me. If so, what are these exercises for the introvert who really hates the outside world?

/fit/ be honest with me...

I've been a fat shit all my life, and my dad is finally kicking me out of the house. I'm 18, 6'0 and weigh 272 pounds. My only hope now is the military. to make something out of myself. And my dad is giving me 3 months to get out of the house.

So is it achievable? is it possible to lose enough weight to join? I think the maximum weight for someone of my height is 210.

If possible, could someone tell me exactly what I need to do to achieve that? I'm willing to do whatever it takes at this point.

i went into the army and had to get down to 26% bodyfat using the rope and choke method. did it in 5 months. went from 260 to 210 @ 5'7"

Ahh i remember those days.
It's a good time, but as the weight gets a bit heavier, youll have to start resting.
It's ok though, I get it, youre on the grind and I can respect that but just be careful and feel it out, resting is ok.
Honestly resting can sometimes be the hardest thing.
Anyway not trying to preach to you about how you had to rest, I never fucking rested when I started lifting.
2.5 years later, i tested a max squat today and hit 425, you best believe im resting tomorrow.
Now I rest every 3 days, would fucking tank my lifts if I didnt.
But there are worse attitudes to have, get after it, if you feel really groggy and weak in the morning, consider resting and just be careful about injury.

I have no interest in getting stronger, I just want to look good next summer. I'm aiming at ottermode, for starters.

How should I train to achieve this? Still bulking/cutting cycles? Should I do a brief strength phase (2 months) and then go for long workouts with everything in the 8-12 reps?
